Has anybody had trouble registering with icq or is it just me?
do I need to set something up in windows95 to get icq working?
is it just me?
I rang my isp up and one of the guys there uses icq and he had no trouble
connecting.
All of the people I have talked to said they had no problems registering,
so I am assuming it's me!
Someone must know what to do!
