Sadly I've lost it, but there is a page out there with help for this
problem, it's not at mirabilis, it's a private site. They had 30 different
servers there with instructions how to input them on your icq so you'll
have more choice than the two sent with the program (yes, there are far
more, actually) and also suggested that you repeatedly click between
online, offline and invisible several times and then wait a moment on
connect or invisible, then do it again. Dunno exactly why, but it works.
I've used it a few times.
