Hi Mike,
  I've noticed the same. Having set up NetTamer for
several people recently, I am acutely aware of this
problem. When I used to use it myself this problem didn't
exist. It worked as advertised. I wish I could remember
which version I was using back then. It would be nice to
have a copy of this (the last) properly functioning
version. I think it was 1.08 or something like that.
