Seems something still wrong with Arachne 1.46 cookies
handling. Try point your Arachne to this URL:

With older Arachne, I got several cookies and redirected
to the login page (but each login attempt always repelled
back to the login page after several redirects). With the
new 1.46 beta, things getting worse, I even can't get the
login page at all. Got *no* cookies then directly
redirected to the dreaded cookies error page! :(
Something was broken here...
Yeah I knew, this is a M$ site, but don't forget that
Magpiedirect.Com (which was used to "fix" Arachne cookies
before) also using M$ IIS server ;-).
BTW, the cookies received from LE server were extremely
long. Perhaps exceeding Arachne's cookie size limit?
