[SURVPC] program groups missing

Hi,
with pippi5's help I have restored win3.1 Not 3.11 to my machine yet I
cannot yet get any of the icons/program groups that had been present in
the Program Manager desktop prior to my running Win-Setup
is there any way of restoring these now missing program groups?
