Same thing happened to me once. Never figured out why. Never
InterServ/Link since, used LapLink instead (only need some file
transfering).

I ran PC-DOS 6.1 on both  machines when it happened. Do you think
PC-DOS and MS-DOS use different versions of InterSvr?
