Cookies are not the only problem, there's also the JavaScript.
And not just any JavaScript, but mainly JavaScript which is
designed for GUI enviroments (for example "open in a new browser
window" command).
CNN's site got a large video and audio archive from the news.
However, if you want to access it, you must have JavaScript support.
If I understood correctly, its so the video clips will pop-up in
a floating window of their own. I still do not see why doing so
is important enough for blocking the rest who do not use JavaScript?
I sent a complaint into the support page. Not only my message was
cut in the middle (I got no idea why), they also ignored it.
