Of course. I did get a reply from Stefan. He thought I was just being
rude, and he claims that there is already an English version of the site
online. However, he did *not* give its URL, or the URL to download his
Zip driver.

Agreed! The purpose of the content is to get itself read.

I'd consider a purchase too, which is why I looked at his site in the
first place. But if he's going to snub a lot of potential customers by
excluding their preferred browsers then I'm left wondering about his
marketing strategy. What's the German equivalent for "shooting yourself
in the foot"?
