The hard drives cannot usually be moved (unless you feel like fiddling with
ASSIGN etc.), but a CD-ROM can be set at any unused drive letter - find the
line that loads MSCDEX or NWCDEX in AUTOEXEC.BAT and add /L:driveletter to the
end:

NWCDEX /D:IDECD01 /L:M

is the line in my OpenDOS AUTOEXEC.BAT.

Some RAMDrive drivers allow you to specify a drive letter- M$'s doesn't AFAIK,
but maybe people on the list have URLs etc. for a better one?
