It is perhaps a dumb question but is it possible to give drives a fixed
drive letter?
The question is that I have apart from my C: drive (2 Gb) and a small 8 Mb D:
drive a Ramdisk 32 Mb, a CD read/write drive sometimes an external
Hdisk which is run via the LPT1 port. If I do not connect this external
drive the the ramdisk is the E: , the CDrom the F: .
If the external is connected this ramdisk has moved one place and is now the
F: and the CD Rom runs as G:.

I would prefer to have them all their fixed drive if that would be possible.
