Me: Yes, that's why I'd rather get spam than paper junk mail. Dang, man,
if you look at that junk, a lot of it doesn't even look like mail: it
ain't got no stamp; I don't see no postmark; it ain't in no envelope,
man, just this slithery stack of papers that takes two and a half hands to
pick up off the dam' floor.
Again, it is true that I haven't received spam in the overwhelming flood
that some others have, but even on my old machine, where a simple screen
refresh takes 3 to 4 seconds, I think I would rather hit delete many more
times and skip all the sorting, throwing out, recycling, and worrying
about how this s**t coming through my mailbox augments world
desertification.
