I would certainly rather get my flyers via email, but why not just what I
ask for/subscribe to? I had such trouble getting the local paper people to
quit dumping flyers here. Even after signing a peice of paper, I still had
to call, and call, and sit on hold, and call with complaints.

Nevermind, It's still really offensive to get spam. This is what I mean:
It's not about bandwidth or space for me, I've got lots of both at a set
monthly rate.
It's the way I read mail. I have list mail filtered to "lists-new" and the
inbox is personal stuff to attend directly. I start at the top, reading
and reply and deleting or transferring to saving folders. As each post is
deleted the next opens automatically. Spam, in all it's filthy, sex crazed
glory opens up. Now, I'm hyperlexic, that means that text immediately
jumps from visual to audio in my head.
I don't like it, nope, not one little bit.
bye,
