Yes: "http://www2.echo.lu/edic"
is the DICTIONNAIRE / DICTIONARY of the EU Commission Translation
service, has quite a large thesaurus of technical terms and - even more
important - (their and other) abbreviations, for the 11 official
languages. (There was some problem with Greek though , IIRR)
Is (was? - din't use it for a while) free; but perhaps they have
changed that one too by now, like many of the other EU servers, so you
can *access* it only if you buy the newest computer, and download the
newest bloat version of you-know-what-browser (which wouldn't run on
any "older" one).
