I am involved in a translation of an international conference dealing
with some major issues in the field of blindness and visual impairment.
I cannot get the exact meaning of some english expressions, and some
acromyms related to university and academic certificates.
The question:
Is there an up to date lexicon or dictionary, besides "the Oxford
Dictonary", which I possess, where I could find both those unusual
expressions and those acronyms?
