This question is only partly connected to survivors pc.
Since years I am using Symphony from Lotus 123 for practically all my
correspondence and I have taken it with me over the years from computer to
computer. As one of my computers broke down I bought a mother board with a
Pentium II and installed it in my AT case (nice, you can see everything very
good and access everything). As I have abandoned Winblows I have now a nice
setup to lear Linux. But my Symphony does not want to work on this machine.
Every time that I try Symphony the computer tells me that there is some
memory problem and reboots automatically.
Lotus 123 works ok. But I do not want to change to 123 because all my macros
are in Symphony and the computers in my office and at home were always
mirroring each other.
Does somebody has a solution?

A nice thing to use Windows for is to cut and paste parts of flies.
