Borland (Turbo) Pascal is the cause if you got a Pentium Pro or later (P II
is a Pro)
Borland (Turbo) C/C++ if you got a (Intel) 400MHz or faster. I don't know
where a fix for this can be found, but a fix for the compiler shouldn't be
that hard to get, does anyone on this list now where to find it?
For your information this isn't a DOS error, it's a division by zero (can
also happen if you run DOS programs under Windows) and is regarding the
timing in the programs (not exactly correct put).
The best fix is to:
1. Get in contact with the author and ask him/her to recompile with a fixed
crt.tpu (for Pascal) and something else (since I don't know I can't find
it; for C/C++).
Many authors haven't craed about this though (I know I haven't - yet).
2. Get a program that makes your computer slow down before starting thse
programs.
3. *Upgrade* to a Pentium ;)
