Send your documents stored with GNU tar & zip. tar & gzip are the way
of compressing files, as is PKZIP the default for DOS. The programms
are freely available from a lot of places, eg http://www.gnu.org but
it will take most people some time what a .tar.gz or a .tgz extension
means. You can always defend yourself by saying tar & gzip are widley
used. As I said, theyr default for Unix and I dare say they are as
much used as WinZIP.
