I've found an intresting way for playing games via the internet,
which should also work for DOS.

Its a software that emulate an IPX LAN, and divert all the
communication via the packet driver to the internet. There's
a WATTCP based version for DOS, and also for OS/2, Win9x/NT.

Unfortunatly it cost to register.. but if i'll manage to get it
to work, and the communication will be reasonly good, i'll concider
registering. ("Preview" users got 15 minutes time limit.)

As far as i've seen, it was designed to call up the Klos dialer,
and then launch Novell LAN drivers, and then load the actuall TSR.

Luckly, all this job is done via a batch file, so I might be able
to get it to work via DOS-PPPD which is what i'm using to connect.

Should work for games like Descent, duke nuken 3D, Doom, Warcraft 2,
Mech Warrier, and so on.. should be intresting! :)
