I had no idea anyone made any microchannel computers except for IBM's
PS/2 series. IBM's microchannels kept a list of ID numbers for the
different devices in CMOS - and identification files ( always started
with "@" - like "@1234567.cfg"), one file for each installed device
( hard disks, modems, video cards, etc.). These files were called by
the setup/installation disk.

You probably could download one of the IBM setup disk images from their
website ( which one, I don't know ) - but it would be useless without the
strange "@" hardware installation files that came with your machine, when
it was new.

This is a tough problem. You have to know the make/model of each hardware
component, and track down an installation disk from THAT manufacturer...
just to get the "@" config files. I wouldn't know where to start. Sorry.
