If you boot from a floppy, can you access the drive? If so you need to copy
the DOS system files (I am assuming you are using a flavor of DOS). After
booting from floppy (make sure your floppy has SYS.COM on it), then type SYS
C: and the system files will be copied to the HD and then it should boot.
Somebody else will probably be able to help you with a setup disk or program.
