I guess M$-DOS sees the BIOS year and assumes that the date is incorrect.
But I can't figure out why it then wouldn't change my year to 97 as my BIOS
is presently set (DOS in 89/94/99, Win95 94 and Win 3.x 89)
What if you try DR-DOS 7.0x?

M$-DOS 6.20 "lives long and prosper" ;)
