I watched part of an info-mercial last night on TV, which made me want to
try my computer.

I set the date and time slightly before, and then rebooted.  I am not sure
if my test was valid, or not, However, as I set the time back too far and by
the time I rebooted it still hadn't rolled over.  When it did roll over, it
did it properly.

I then tested Windows File Manager just to see what it would do.  It had the
date as 1/1/:0 or something similar.  I have a couple of new files around
here somewhere to fix that, but I'll have to dig for them.
