[SURVPC] Wattcp-32, DHCP

At www.bgnett.no/~giva there is a newly developed 32bit wattcp package
for DOS. It contains lots of diagnostical tools and some user
applications. The binary archive is 2.5MB large. Before I download it
I'd be interested in your opinion especially regarding the clients
POPMAIL and SUCK (for news) ;-)
