Technically true, ( even though they allow you to refuse, and remove your
website ) - but impractical as hell. Geocities/Yahoo is a billion-dollar
company, with a large legal staff. It would be like trying to sue Microsoft.
After ten years or so of legal battles ( costing $150-$400 per hour of
lawyer's time ) you would probably win, and be awarded damages for your
loss...maybe $1000 ?
