[SURVPC] nntp client

Hello.

Is there any nntp (news) client for DOS or Win3.1(1) with specs:
1) work with multiple nntp servers
2) you don't need to download the whole list of newsgroups from the server,
insted you order the specified group from the server,
3) works offline
4) as good as Free Agent
