Well, I think it's Microsoft Certified System Engineer, but after hearing a
conversation between two MCSEs a while back I think it's more like Must
Consult Someone Experienced. These two guys were discussing where
COMMAND.COM lives in DOS, and one of the answers was 'in the Registry'.
