I've been told that the microsoft defrag program is full of bugs and that
it often misreports things. Does anyone know of a freeware or shareware
disk defragmenter that is better than windows95 defrag?
p.s I'm not looking for a dos defragmenting program.
and, also, how does windows95 tell if it hasn't been shut down properly, it
brings up that error message.
