Well, its not a real solution but a decoder for RA on DOS is availble
trough a link at the DSDP ( http://members.xoom.com/dsdp/ ).
BTW
The reason why the DSDP was not updated recently is because
I did not found any new "breaktroughs" or news in the DOS area latly..
and, nobody seems to volenteer to make a suggestion in the wishlist
come true. Oh well.
