Currently it's only able to convert RealAudio file to raw
16-bit audio file *offline*. It won't work online under any
browser. You have to download the RealAudio files by yourself.

It's possible to modify it so it works online, decompressing
RealAudio file on-the-fly and fetch the resulting raw audio
chunks to sound card while the file being downloaded. But
to do that you need fast CPU, or the program should be highly
optimized.

I see we have several ASM and DOS internet programmers on
the list. Perhaps any of them interested to make "DOS Real-
Audio Player" come true? ;-)

For those of you who using SB Pro or older sound cards, I've
made a slight modification so the program can convert RealAudio
file to 8-bit mono WAV file. The resultant file playwable
directly with PLANY.EXE (Arachne and Nettamer sound player).
Get RA2WAV.ZIP (101k, source code included) at:

BTW, anyone know any example of RealAudio "online radio"
station? TIA.
