I've also got a pile of standard (EIA?) polarized, grounded power cables, but
they're probably cheaper to buy locally now than they are for me to ship. I
also have GB-IB cables, in 1-, 2-, and 3-metre lengths, if anyone's looking.
Anyway...

Regarding an old Zenith PC, when I last powered it up I got the following:

>>>
+++ ERROR: Please replace the back-up battery! +++
+++ ERROR: Bad configuration information found in CMOS! +++

Sigma EGA400 BIOS V1.54

+++ DISK ERROR: Bad disk controller! +++

    Drive not ready <<<

... any suggestions as to my next move? I do plan to open
it up this weekend and see what's actually IN there...

TIA, - Pete
