Hi Vrondi,
If I remember correctly eppd uses about 66k of ram. The
mail transport which is use is very small and should run
on a lot less than what you got. I have put everything
including the operating system and a couple of utilities
on a 360k diskette which has then 87k left for mail files.
The mail transport is netmail for dos by Marc S. Ressl
(not the nettamer version) a few other utilites are needed
too. Netmail is available from simtel as nmdos200.zip.
Although I am using a much more powerful machine than
nescessary, this is still the collection of programs which
I prefer to use. One needs to be skilled in basic DOS and
willing to type in order to use this effectively, but it
works like a hotdamm as far as I am concerned. <g>
If you want to go to this esoteric extreme, let me know
and I'll mail you my setup off-list.
Cheers,
Ole Juul
