There's a straightforward get/send mail (only) version of Nettamer,
called Netmail Pro, at the Nettamer site[*] (go to page "agent upload"),
it needs some 70 K only, does PPP, POP3, SMTP. It downloads mail into
one-file-per-item. I don't think there is a smaller one - most packet
drivers alone would exceed this volume, not to speak of the mailer prog
itself.
You would need an additional offline-reader/mail file handler too, and
there are some small ones (mine, for instance, "ReRead" - <g>).
As you can do his sequentially - write; get/send; read - you could even
do with 256 K mem, and with 360 K floppies anyway.
