Even though I consider Symantec a rather bogus company for a lot of
reasons I'd still try to contact them at least once about this problem.
You never know, someone there just might be able to help.
It's real sad that Symantec has pretty much removed all newsgroup
assistance. For the one group they do seem to have left all they ever
do is respond with a "form letter" that points you to a web URL. Bah!
