Sorry mark, I tried emailing them and got the same result. I have even
tried ringing up their Australian office, low and behold! a lady with an
american accent answered, she was very helpfull but wasn't aware of a
"hack" or a "backdoor" to get passed the stupid protection all I want is to
see how it works with my screenreader!
She did tell me that symantec have cd's that are marked "not for sale" that
are like the ones you buy accept they're for trying out.
She was really helpfull and I thanked her and told her I'd see what I could
do.
Would you believe today I bit the bullet and went out and bought the cd?
it wasn't as expensive as I thought, but now I'm having trouble getting the
norton's system works moduel to work with jaws for windows all I hear is
numbers when I use the jaws review cursor. Even though the price tag isn't
heavy I still feel cheated.
