@home is Canada too. I'm in canada. I would assume though, that he is
American since they have more of a reputation for behaving badly. Don't
let the rantings of a self important teenager get to you. He's gonna be
particularily ashamed when he grows up (One can hope he will) and realizes
what a nasty child he was. Meantime, he's nobody to you.
