16C550A (Texas) is available from Farnell, stock code 205-540, price
4.75 in England. Page 1419 in current catalogue.
If you don't have any other contact with Farnell, you could try
www.farnell.com - they have an outlet in most contries. Usually they
will accept an order just with credit card number if you don't hold an
account.
In the rear of my (English) catalogue, they give a a selection of
telephone numbers to ring for various countries. For Italy, it's a
number here in England, but presumably a special one that caters for
