Yes, please send it via an attachment. I'm also trying to install Arachne,
but I haven't been successful. Pity, because it seems to have a very
pleasant interface for a DOS program. I presently am using Net-Tamer, but
I'd like to occasionally use a graphic interface under DOS (without having
to switch to Windows). The Arachne dialer wizard is simple enough, but I'm
having problems with the PPP connection it offers to my ISP, which was no
trouble at all for Net-Tamer. I can dial into my ISP alright, and quickly,
but after I enter my username and password (in terminal mode), it hangs --
or if I select "2" (which is what it asks among other selections for a PPP
connection to be established), it spits out several lines of strange
characters and disconnects. Net-Tamer has never treated me that way. The
dialup script that I use with it works fine, but perhaps it's not useable
with Arachne...?
Perhaps if I had Arachne working properly I could download your file with it
instead having you send it to me.
