[SURVPC] looking at play station cds

I was just wondering about something.  My friend has a play station and I
asked for one of his cds to look at on the computer.  I notice that there
is a couple of files with the .av extention.  What do these files do? they
can't be copied or viewed or anything.  Is there any way to see what's
inside them?
