Well, as long as the target is not "to make money", then the usuall
no-cash marketing should be enough.

"no-cash marketing" as far as I think of it, means that if your
product (in this case, software) is good enough, people will talk
about it or mention it to their friends. By this making the
"marketing" work for you.
