I don't have the program here on my machine at work, but I'm pretty sure it
works if you make c:\ your current directory and just type:

PKUNZIP a:\*.*

(assuming the archive you need to decompress is on a floppy disk).  Or you
could make a:\ your current directory and type:

PKUNZIP *.* c:\

Or if you want to be thorough about it type:

PKUNZIP a:\*.* c:\

There is no need to list the *'s after c:\. Those are probably the filenames
that are confusing Pkunzip. Also, try typing:

PKUNZIP /?

to see a sample of the correct syntax and a bunch of parameters you can use
with it.
