I also have changed ISP's recently. Before doing so, I had Nettamer
and Arachne working just fine at my old ISP. For my new ISP I just
changed the settings for my user name and password and my DNS numbers,
etc. I experienced no problems with Arachne. With Nettamer I could
access web-sites, but I could not log on to the mail server. I wrote
to David ("Uncle Dave") Colston, author of Nettamer. I sent him some
capture files and described the problem. He said that the problem
had something to do with the way Nettamer was saying "helo" to the
mail server. He solved my problem by making changes in NETTAMER.EXE
and posting the program, as changed, on his web-site. Even though
he changed the program, he did not change the version number. I
downloaded the program, as changed, and all was well. Uncle Dave
sure does provide some fabulous support!

   All the best,
