I don't know them all, just a couple....
A+ Computer technician, has demonstrated knowledge of various MS operating
systems, DOS, W3.x, w95 and also comprehensive knowledge of hardware and
some networking basics, via examination.
MCP Microsoft Certified Professional, requires previous A+ tech
certification. Involves knowledge of M$ systems up to win98, not winNT
though, plus some networking knowledge. Again, via Examinations.
MCP+ I above plus Internet. WinNT, previous certifications, must pass
another exam.
MCSE Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer. Creme de la creme of exams and
certification, Qualified to engineer/design networks and customize systems
to suit, Sysadministration, etc.
The rest, I don't recognize, but then MCSE involve many levels of testing
underwhich those others may fall. I am just completing training for A+ and
will begin MCP in two weeks.

If you can't be kind, at least have the decency to be vague.
