ELKS is an implementation of Linux that is under development. Elks is
designed to run on 8-bit and 16-bit Intel CPU's. As you see by the
version # "0.0.79" - it still is _early beta_ code. This is an ongoing
Linux variation OS development project which is being done by Linux
programmers. Attempting to work with it requires a functioning knowledge
of Linux as a min. requirement.
