Sorry, I do not know of such places. Most of the things thta get sent away
from here goes to eastern Europe (lower costs, increases stability in the
close region etc.)
Unluckily I haven't been able to find the newspaper were I saw that you
could goa  course (20 weeks or so) and then you could get a job repairing
computers for things like this. Since I've used a computer almost daily
since 85 I guess I'm qualified enough to get a part time job with them.
One problem amny organizations might see is that the computers needs to go
out both to boys and girls (I have no idea on the views in your country on
this - but ex. Afghanistan would probably not get any computers because of
this).

I can now refraise my question after the information you provided. Is it
illegal to transport computers from the US to Pakistan (in US law of
course)? If so then there might be a problem getting them from other places
then the EU since few other countries have dared to go against the US
restrictions on were things can be exported.
