There should be an utility to split large file into smaller
chunks (probably available at Simtel).  These "parts" then
could be mailed separately as attachment.  After all parts
received and extracted, simply use the DOS command:

  COPY /b <dest> <src_1>+<src_2>+...+<src_n>

to re-assemble the actual file.

BTW, rare stuff like NCSA Telnet source code also available
at filelibrary.  This paysite also the fastest compared to
another download sites.  Underutilized perhaps? ;-)
