Can't give you specifically what you request...
are there any other diagrams near the jumpers?  I did encounter a modem
with similar pin arrangement and an enigmatic diagram.  Well, three
diagrams, really.  They showed the numbers of the pins.  Then there was a
series of on or off settings which in combination set it for the com and
irq.
