Hi Karen,

If you're talking about a hardware mp3 player, then no; you need an internet
connection to listen to streaming audio, and they don't make mp3 players
with wireless modems (yet). If you mean a software based mp3 player, then
the answer is yes. Windows Media Player is a good example of this.
