There's an EU regulation to that effect in the pipeline. And they take
the occasion too to make anonymous *emailing* a crime. 'tis what you
get from making the public net into a privatised marketing vehicle; that
needs contracts, lawyers, "ruling". Prepare to replace taglines with
standard disclaimers.
