Dale: In order to research the question you mailed me, I fdisked and installed DR-DOS 7.02. That's when I discovered that the backup utility I was using (which shall remain nameless) still contained the old DOS 32MB limit. Fortunately, I had made a precautionary backup two weeks ago using the PTS-DOS BSA archiver. It restored fine, but my last two weeks of data, including your questions and address are missing. For the record, the flawed backup util was neither DR or PTS, but a well-known utility distributed as shareware. Seeing that it was the PTS utils that saved me, I'll use them from now on. Dale, if you have that e-mail in a "sent" folder, please re-send. I haven't tried what you asked about before, but I want to try it. The research will just take a little longer, for obvious reasons.
