iusuggest shoutcast, to you.
i likey will do fine with the cd programs you suggested
as well. if i were going
to do w3, it would likely be
media rack.
my best editing experience is in the
mac environment.
as for the speech access you may
not understand what i mean by speech.
i refer to a screen reading program, and
win 98 is like 95 far from functional in
that regard.
i had read that in the linux environment,
one might run some DOS programms, at least
making it possible that I may be able
to use my screen reading program.
